Exchange Items Policy
Supplemental to the Main Terms and conditions of sale.
Exchange Items:
Some items offered for sale are "Exchange" items requiring the customer to submit their own unit first in advance of receiving a replacement.
Exchange items are typically of high value and difficult to replace therefore customers are strongly advised to use a signed-for delivery service together with adequate postal insurance.
Damaged Items received in exchange:
Where the exchange item's condition is deemed unacceptable by the company (at the Company's sole discretion) the exchange item will either be:
a) modified instead of a replacement pre-modified unit being issued (note this may add a number of days to the turnaround time, or
b) it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense (a refund less return postage will given).
